We loved our stay here. The townhomes are in such great condition. We only had one maintenance issue the whole time and it was taken care of immediately. The property is taken care of extremely well. By far the best rental experience we’ve had in Illinois. Sad to leave.

The experience has been exceptional.  The facilities are well built and have had very few maintenance issues the past 8 years.  On the rare occasion that maintenance was required it was dealt with almost immediately.  Utility costs are reasonable for the size of the units.  I like living in smaller communitities with easy access to shopping and entertainment in Bloomington and Peoria.  You must be doing a good job of screening your applicants as I have had very good neighbors.  I also like the layout of the facility with the garage and the private patio area.
